Our Mission is Simple
- To create a safe and supportive space where healing becomes possible, growth becomes sustainable, and resilience becomes a way of life. -
At HurtLes Minds, we help people gently piece back together the parts of themselves that life and trauma have scattered. We believe healing is not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering what’s whole, strong, and worthy within you. We take a trauma-informed and strength-based approach to recovery, grounded in the understanding that every person carries the capacity for healing and growth. Using the salutogenic model, we focus on what supports health and well-being rather than what causes illness. Our goal is to guide you toward a greater sense of coherence — where life begins to feel understandable, manageable, and meaningful again.
- We don't push clients to relive their pain,
we help them rediscover their power.

Our Vision is global
- A world where every person can find peace within their mind, strength within their story, and wholeness within their life.
We envision a world where healing from trauma is not seen as weakness, but as an act of courage and strength. A world where resilience is not reserved for the few, but taught, practiced, and lived by all.
At HurtLes Minds, our vision extends beyond coaching sessions. We aim to inspire a ripple effect - where healed individuals nurture stronger families, more compassionate communities, and future generations who inherit less pain and more hope.

Our Values are Trauma Focused
- An Intentional commitment to ensure safety, empowerment, and trust for everyone we serve -
- Safety First - Healing begins with safety. We create spaces — both emotional and physical — where clients can explore their experiences without judgment or pressure.
- Compassion over Correction - We meet you where you are, not where you “should” be. Compassion allows for true progress, self-acceptance, and growth.
- Integrity and Respect - Every story is honored. Every boundary respected. We lead with honesty, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Growth Through Resilience - Resilience isn’t the absence of struggle — it’s the strength.

The Heart Behind HurtLes Minds
If you've landed here, chances are you're looking for a way to feel grounded again; to make sense of the weight you've been carrying and to finally breath a little easier. You're not alone, I know that journey all too well both personally walking through my own seasons of rebuilding and professionally from my years of service in the military.
Before I founded HurtLes Minds, I spent 21 years serving in the United States Air Force. During those years I was fortunate to become a Military Training Instructor (MTI or widely know as a Drill Sergeant) and also a Master Resiliency Trainer (MRT). Those experiences and many more helped me mentally equip thousands of men and women not only to serve, but to push past their limits and thrive overcoming mental barriers and social challenges. I learned that endurance isn't about how much you can carry; it's about how well you can recover!
Also that strength isn't the absence of struggle, it's the ability to face life's hardest moments with integrity, courage, and a willingness to grow. Those realizations became the foundation of my work today.
That's why I became a Certified Trauma and Resilience Life Coach and founded HurtLes Minds to:
- Help people rebuild their inner foundation and piece back the parts of themselves that trauma tried to break
- Be a place of calm in the storm
- Help others rebuild their sense of purpose, peace, and possibility.
- Remind people that healing isn't about returning to who you were; It's about discovering who you can become.
My mission is to help you rediscover your sense of purpose, safety, and peace, one step at a time. Here, you won’t be pushed to relive your pain — you’ll be guided to rediscover your power. We move at your pace, honoring your nervous system, your story, and your capacity for growth.
Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t have to be lonely. If you’re ready to begin reclaiming your sense of strength, identity, and calm, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
